4. <br />PROPOSALS FOR INCLUSION IN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) BUDGET (20 <br />minutes) – <br />The SKCDP AC will review CIP priorities from the SKCDP for development and <br />proposal to the 2011-2012 CIP budget. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />5. <br />PROCESS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROPOSALS(20 minutes) <br /> – The <br />SKCDP AC Members will discuss the process for submittal of CIP proposals. <br />6. <br />MONITOR THE PROGRESS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SKCDP (20 minutes) <br />– The <br />SKCDP AC Members will discuss the progress and effectiveness of the SKCDP and will review the <br />Waikoloa Village Plan Monitoring Program. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF NEXT MEETING <br />SET AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Notice: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five working days <br />(prior to meeting date) of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (b), Hawaii County Code}.
