4. PROPOSALS FOR INCLUSION IN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) BUDGET (20 minutes) – The SKCDP AC will review CIP priorities from the SKCDP for development and proposal to the 2011-2012 CIP budget. NEW BUSINESS 5. PROCESS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROPOSALS(20 minutes) – The SKCDP AC Members will discuss the process for submittal of CIP proposals. 6. MONITOR THE PROGRESS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SKCDP (20 minutes) – The SKCDP AC Members will discuss the progress and effectiveness of the SKCDP and will review the Waikoloa Village Plan Monitoring Program.
