SPECIAL OLYMPICS, COP ON TOP FUNDRAISER <br />The RSVP of Hawaii County helped the Hilo Chapter of the Special Olympics Program to raise $17,800. <br />The volunteers collected funds at the Safeway Prince Kuhio Store. All proceeds will be used to fund <br />various projects for the Special Olympics. Mahalo volunteers.
