CSE END-OF-YEAR WORKSHOP <br />The Coordinated Services for the Elderly Program held <br />their Annual End-of-Year Workshop at the Kilauea <br />Military Camp (KMC) from May 21-23, The workshop <br />focused in on the contracts (Title III & State Chore <br />Contract) with HCOA & DHS, Goals & Objectives (`08- <br />'09), Policies and Procedures / Standards, Resource <br />Directory, Discount & Benefits Booklet Information, <br />reporting systems of various contracts, Information & <br />Assistance Standards, Outreach Standards, <br />Information and Assistance Center, Safety Issues & <br />training, Bi- Lingual Service Plan, Transportation <br />Manual, ADRC "One-Stop-Shop," - Aging Disability <br />Resource Center, P &R Strategic Plan, and staff <br />problems, Concerns, and "Wish Lists!!" Special guest <br />speakers /trainers were Suzanni A.L. Hopp, Employee <br />Development Specialist of the County of Hawai`i, <br />Department of Human Resources who presented her <br />topic on "Positive Attitude."
