Hawaii Housing Model: Updates made to the HHPS model included Hawaii housing <br /> conditions, prices, and sales, permit forecasting of housing unit needs by income group <br /> through the year 2030. <br /> Each of these project elements is described in detail in the HHPS 2011 Technical Report. <br /> In 2011, the study team also reviewed housing plans and production, government spending on <br /> housing, and comparisons with housing data in other states and municipalities. <br /> In the following pages, these project elements are discussed in greater detail.
