<br />discuss the assignments of AC members to each subcommittee. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />6) NKCDP AC SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS (30 minutes) – NKCDP AC members will <br />report on the recent activity of the subcommittees: <br />a. <br />Growth Management – The subcommittee will report on land use applications <br /> <br />submitted to the Planning Department. <br />b. Public Access – The subcommittee will provide an update on the trail at Kohala <br />on the fundraising <br />Kai; update on activities at Hapu'u-Kapanai'a; update <br />activities for <br /> Kauhola Lighthouse; update on the pedestrian trail at Pahoa <br />(Honomakau); update on the new parking lot at Upolu Airport –east end of the <br />runway; and grant of easement documents. <br />c. Infrastructure A – The subcommittee will report on the Mahukona and Kapaa <br />Beach Parks. <br />d. Infrastructure B – The subcommittee will provide updates on electricity <br />reliability/redundancy and transmission lines through Kohala to supply geothermal <br />power to Oahu via an undersea cable; rural infrastructure and view plane <br />protection. <br />e. Affordable Housing – The subcommittee will provide updates on affordable <br /> <br />housing and land. <br />f.
