c) Waikoloa – The Subcommittee will report on issues and policies affecting or relating to <br />the Waikoloa Village Plan section of the SKCDP and the duties of the action <br />committee. <br />d) Waimea – The Subcommittee will provide a report on the Waimea Community <br />Association Design Review Committee and its efforts to update the Waimea Design <br />Plan with reference to the SKCDP. <br />e) District-Wide Matters – The Subcommittee will provide an update on the current <br />progress being made on the potable water sources solutions project and their attempt <br />to gather data to present a compilation of water plans currently in place and approved <br />by various government agencies and private entities. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />3.
