Relay users <br />please call 711-323-4264 to contact our office. <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to HawaiÒi Revised Statutes £92-3.5, the HawaiÒi County <br />Redistricting Commission will be conducting its November 30, 2011 meeting via <br />videoconference. Commission Members will be present at the foll <br /> <br />Hilo County Council Room, HawaiÒi County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401. <br />Kona Council Office, West HawaiÒi Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohlole Highway, Building A. <br />Waimea Council Office, Holomua Center, 64-1067 Mmalahoa Highway, Suite 5 <br /> <br /> <br />Public Attendance via Videoconference <br /> is available at the above locations and at the Phoa <br />Council Office, Phoa Marketplace, 15-2660 Phoa Village Road, Room 105, until 4:30 p.m. or <br />later in the event that public witness testimony has not been completed. If for technical or other <br />unanticipated circumstances the audio stream between Hilo, Waimea and Kona is lost for more <br />than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated. <br /> <br />Submitting Testimony: <br /> Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission <br />fourteen (14) <br />Secretary. Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring copies <br />for distribution. Testimony may also be submitted: (1) by mail to Karen Eoff, County Council <br />Office, West HawaiÒi Civic Center Building A, 74-5044 Ane Keohoklole Highway, Kailua- <br />Kona HawaiÒi 96740; (2) by facsimile to (808) 329-4786; or (3) b <br />Please submit separate testimony for each item <br />keoff@co.hawaii.hi.us. .
