Action Committee will discuss the Land Use, Environmental & Cultural <br />Resources Feb/Mar -12 Action Plan which provides updates on previous <br />motions that have been approved (Enhancement of County GIS system <br />and Criteria for 17-mile Shore Park), the current requests for information <br />made to the Planning Department (Status of Kona Cultural Resources <br />Committee, Progress of Modifications of the County’s GIS system and <br />Status of Kona Trail Inventory), the current discussion items (Analysis and <br />Options of proposed land use changes, CIP Recommendations and <br />Operating Budget Recommendations) and proposes future discussion <br />items (Planning Department to compile information regarding trails, paths <br />and shoreline access and easements, to provide funding for Kona Cultural <br />Resources Committee, Improve GIS system to include cultural and historic <br />sites and information and to prioritize the need for water monitoring of the <br />ocean water). <br /> <br />e.
