(1) FINAL VOTE OF THE COMMISSION AS TO CHOICE OF FINAL PLAN. <br />The final vote of the Commission as to the adoption of the Final Redistricting Plan was <br />unanimous. <br />(2) TOTAL PERMANENT RESIDENT POPULATION BASE USED BY THE <br />COMMISSION. <br />The total permanent resident population used by the Redistricting Commission was <br />184,158.
