My name is Pete Lindsey and I am the Big Island Field Representative for the Hawaii <br />Construction Laborers' Union Local 368. C)n behalf of our over 500 Big Island members and <br />retirees,. and especially the 150 -+ who live in the Hilo area, I am testifying in support of the <br />proposed changes to the boundaries of District ? and District 3 in the ?011 -11 -10 Hawaii Count;., <br />Redistrictin- Draft. <br />These proposed changes would create districts which would be similar to the existing districts, <br />which we believe has been cyood for both districts.
