<br />E.Approval of amendments to Hawai`i County Code, Chapter 11, to provide <br />practicable parameters for satisfaction of an affordable housing requirement <br />by conveyance of land. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5.OLD BUSINESS: <br />None. <br /> <br />6.ADMINISTRATOR’S ORAL REPORT: <br /> Program Updates on Kamakoa Nui and Nā <br /> <br />Kahua Hale o Ulu Wini. <br /> <br /> <br />7.NEXT MEETING: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />8.ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN <br />that pursuant to Hawai`i Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) <br />923.5, the Hawai`i County Council will be conducting this Committee meeting via <br />videoconference. Council members will be present at the following locations: <br /> <br /> <br />25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1402, Hilo Hawai`i 96720 <br /> <br />Public Attendance via videoconference is available at the following locations until 4:30 PM or <br />later in the event public witness testimony has not been completed: <br /> <br /> <br />Kona Council Office at the West Hawai`i Civic Center, <br />74-5044 Ane Keahokalole Highway, Building A; and <br /> <br /> <br />Waimea Council Office at the Holomua Center <br />64-1067 Mamalahoa Highway, Suite C-5. <br />If for technical or other unanticipated circumstances the video connection cannot be made and/or <br />is disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue. <br />Pursuant to Rule No. 13, Section 2 (c) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Council <br />of the County of Hawai`i, “Each person may speak for three minutes subject to the discretion of <br />the Chairperson.” <br /> <br />
