MINUTES – The Commission took up the following approval of minutes at this time, 10:07 a.m. <br /> <br />December 1, 2011 meeting – It was moved by Commission Au, seconded by Commissioner <br />Ishibashi, and unanimously carried by a voice vote that the minutes be approved. Motion was <br />unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS – The Commission took up the following under administrative <br />matters at this time, 10:08 a.m. <br /> <br />Coastal Zone Management (CZM)/Special Management Area (SMA) training by the State Office <br />of Planning - Staff announced this training has been rescheduled to the Commission’s April <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Hu Honua Appeal – Upon the Commission’s request, Mr. Arai said he will provide an update of <br />this appeal currently in the Third Circuit Court at the next meeting. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS – Staff announced the next meeting is scheduled for February 2, 2012. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT – There being no further business, the Chair declared the meeting adjourned <br />at 10:10 a.m. <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> Sharon M.
