OLD BUSINESS: <br />4) NKCDP AC SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS (30 minutes) – NKCDP AC members will <br />report on the recent activity of the subcommittees: <br />a. <br />Growth Management – The subcommittee will report on land use applications <br />submitted to the Planning Department. <br /> <br />b. <br />Public Access – The subcommittee will provide an update on the trail at Kohala <br />on the <br />Kai; update on activities at Hapu'u-Kapanai'a; update Kauhola Lighthouse <br />– purchase and celebration; Upolu Airport Area restoration; update on Coast <br />Niuli'i parcel; <br />Guard road; update on Kohala Kai; update on a new and grant of <br /> <br />easement documents. <br />c. Infrastructure A – The subcommittee will report on activities at the Mahukona <br />Beach Park. <br />d. Infrastructure B – The subcommittee will provide updates on ongoing efforts <br />of coordination of routes for the proposed electric loop for North Kohala and <br />transmission of geothermal power to Oahu; view plane protection and rural <br />infrastructure. <br /> <br />e. Affordable Housing – The subcommittee will provide updates on affordable <br />housing and land. <br />f.
