2013 CIP budget. <br />5) SUBCOMMITTEE GOALS (15 minutes) –– The NKCDP AC will review the goals of the <br />Subcommittees. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />6) NKCDP AC SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS (30 minutes) – NKCDP AC members will report on the <br />recent activity of the subcommittees and include the goals and objectives template for 2011-2012: <br />a. Growth Management – The subcommittee will report on land use applications submitted to the <br />Planning Department and are researching existing cultural and historical groups currently active <br />in Kohala. <br />b. Public Access – The subcommittee will report on the Stewardship program; the Hoolaulea at <br />Lapakahi celebrating coastal land acquisitions; the Upolu Airport erosion control; the Harrison <br />Trust property subdivision; and the Ranch at Puakea. <br />c. Infrastructure A – The subcommittee will report on CIP proposal for Mahukona Park restrooms; <br />non-profit park management program; and will provide an update from their subcommittee <br />meeting. <br />d. Infrastructure B – The subcommittee will provide updates on ongoing efforts in viewplane <br />protection; historic/scenic byway application; rural infrastructure; erosion prevention methods, <br /> electricity reliability & redundancy; proposed electric loop route; and recent meetings of the <br />Kawaihae Local Resource Council. <br />e. Affordable Housing – The subcommittee will provide updates on affordable housing and land. <br />f.
