OLD BUSINESS: <br />6) NKCDP AC SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS (30 minutes) – NKCDP AC members will report on the <br />recent activity of the subcommittees: <br />a. Growth Management – The subcommittee will report on land use applications submitted to the <br />Planning Department. <br />b. Public Access – The subcommittee will report on Upolu Airport ground restoration; Stewardship <br />Plan status; Harrison Family Trust subdivision application; and Kauhola Point status. <br />c. Infrastructure A – The subcommittee will report on next steps for the water issues; Mahukona <br />Beach Park restoration and the action steps for the nonprofit park management project. <br />d. Infrastructure B – The subcommittee will provide updates on ongoing efforts of rural <br />infrastructure and erosion prevention methods; electricity reliability, redundancy, and the <br />proposed electric loop route. <br />e. Affordable Housing – The subcommittee will provide updates on affordable housing and land. <br />f.
