b. Public Access – The subcommittee will provide updates on the Kauhola <br />Lighthouse – easement from Akoni Pule Hwy makai to Kauhola Lighthouse; <br />North Coast LLC (Hoea Flats area) – Access parking on East side of Upolu <br />Airport; Kamehameha Schools Trail easements; Coast Guard road; Upolu Airport <br />area restoration; Stewardship non-profit; and report on any concerns on new <br />public access. <br />c. Infrastructure A – The subcommittee will provide updates on Kapaa and <br />Mahukona Beach Park; provide information on the structure of the Park <br />Management Program; and updates of the water lines. <br />d. Infrastructure B – The subcommittee will provide updates on ongoing efforts in <br />view plane protection and the historic/scenic byway designation; rural <br />infrastructure and erosion prevention methods; proposed electric loop route for <br />electricity redundancy and reliability. <br />e. Affordable Housing – The subcommittee will provide updates on affordable <br />housing and land. <br />f.
