OLD BUSINESS: <br />5) NKCDP AC SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS (30 minutes) – NKCDP AC members will <br />report on the recent activity of the subcommittees: <br />a. <br />Growth Management – The subcommittee will discuss farm dwelling permits, and <br />two new subdivision applications for Lee Revocable Trust and James H. Sargent. <br /> <br />b. Public Access – The subcommittee will report on the status of; Hapu’u, Kauhola <br />Lighthouse purchase, Upolu Airport East of Runway, Upolu Airport Restoration, <br />Coast Guard Road, Puakea Bay Ranch, Ranch at Puakea, Kaiholena South <br />parcel, and Grant of easement documents <br />c. Infrastructure A – The subcommittee will report on the Mahukona Park project and <br />the Park management program. <br />d. Infrastructure B – The subcommittee will provide updates on proposed routes for <br />the electricity redundancy loop, rural infrastructure erosion prevention methods, <br />and view plane protection. <br />e. Affordable Housing – The subcommittee will provide updates on affordable <br />housing; update on Catholic Charity; update on Kamakua Project; and update on <br />partnership housing program. <br />f.
