Ugalde moved to approve the agenda as submitted. D. Pung seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />D. Pung moved to approve the February 10, 2012 minutes. K. Schneider seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br /> <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />The treasurer’s report was circulated. <br /> <br />N. Kelly reported that additional expenses for this month are the gift cards for the essay <br />contest and the mentoring project. Other upcoming expenses are mileage <br />reimbursements and the equal pay radio spots. <br /> <br />K. Schneider moved to accept the treasurer’s report. L. Ugalde seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />J. Knippling circulated a Girl Fest Hilo 2012 flyer to be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012, <br />from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Campus Center Plaza, UH Hilo Campus sponsored by the <br />UH Hilo Women’s Center.
