Bob will continue to follow up. <br />Website –Allen stated that the current website will be phased out and the Planning <br />Department will managethe new website. It will have the same structure as the current <br />one. Only a representative from the Planning Department can post on this new website. <br />Allen will be responsible for posting any and all information from us,this will include AC <br />minutes and agenda, subcommittee minutes and agenda and other pertinent <br />information. We need to send the information in PDF format.This process can begin <br />now with the current website and continue with the new website when it is completed. <br />Compiled 2010 Implementation Work Plans –tabled since the compilation was not <br />available.Send any revisions to Allen. <br />SubcommitteeReports –reviewed. <br />Growth Management discussed the garden project and received positive feedback from <br />the group. <br />Public Access continues the cultural corridor efforts and work with the Kamehameha <br />Schools Trail easement at Upolu. <br />Infrastructure has let go of the Kam Park storage issue given the ongoing group wishes <br />to manage that and will provide the subcommittee with a report. <br />Affordable Housing Viewplane Protection subcommittee has a tentative agreement to <br />start meeting in August. <br />All subcommittee need to send their meeting schedules to Ann Kennedy for posting in <br />the Kohala Mountain News. <br />Action Committee MinutesProcess–Giovanna will send out a draft requesting members <br />send additions, revisions back to her in 7 days, she will make changesand send out a <br />seconddraft for final review with a 7 day turnaround and then submit final to Allen. If <br />any member is away during this time please inform Giovanna so plans can be made for <br />review. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Charlie Anderson suggested we submit road improvements as a CIP. He cited the <br />school road as unsafe and needing work.
