NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in order to comply with Chapter 342G, <br />Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, the County Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />adopts the Integrated Resources and Solid Waste Management Plan, prepared by CH2MHi11, and <br />dated December 2009. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Chapter 342G, Hawaii Revised Statutes, <br />as amended, the County of Hawaii Integrated Resources and Solid Waste Management Plan <br />shall be submitted to the Office of Solid Waste Management of the State Department of Health. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be transmitted to the <br />Honorable Linda Lingle, Governor, State of Hawaii; Dr. Chiyome L. Fukino, Director, <br />Department of Health; William P. Kenoi, Mayor; County of Hawaii; and Lono A.
