Towata Revocable Living Trust (REZ 11-148), which had
been heard by the Commission on February 16, 2012, and forwarded to the County Council with a
favorable recommendation along with proposed conditions; he said that it had passed the County
Council’s first reading with the conditions slightly amended.

Mr. Torigoe had no legal matters to report.

ANNOUNCEMENTS – None.

ADJOURNMENT – There being no further business, at 12:30 p.m., it was moved by Commissioner
Nelson and seconded by Commissioner Beaudet that the meeting be adjourned.
