This is a housekeeping matter that seeks to provide consistency among different <br />sections of the Zoning Code relating to bed and breakfast establishments. <br /> <br />The Commission took up this item at 11:25 a.m. with no one from the public in attendance. <br /> <br />(SEE EXHIBIT D) <br /> <br />MINUTES – Minutes of the April 19, 2012 meeting – The Commission postponed approval of the <br />minutes until the next meeting, at the request of the secretary. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS – Mr. Arai informed the Commission that the next meeting was <br />scheduled for June 21, 2012, with two items on the agenda. He also gave an update on a change of <br />zone application by Millicent Towata Grand, successor trustee of the Lillian U. Towata Revocable <br />Living Trust (REZ 11-148), which had been heard by the Commission on February 16, 2012, and <br />forwarded to the County Council with a favorable recommendation along with proposed conditions; <br />he said that the County Council had approved the rezoning with amended conditions. <br /> <br />Mr. Torigoe had no legal matters to report. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS – None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT – There being no further business, at 11:35 a.m., it was moved by Commissioner <br />Iokepa and seconded by Commissioner Whittemore that the meeting be adjourned.
