AU: I move to defer Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) relating to bed and breakfasts to a future date. <br /> <br />KERN: Is there a second? <br /> <br />MOSES: Second. <br /> <br />KERN: Thank you. Any discussion? Commissioner Au? <br /> <br />AU: So you mentioned that because of the other bill has to get passed by the County Council it will affect this <br />bill. So when do you think we’re going to be looking at this again? <br /> <br />DARROW: It has been sent up to the Council so we would anticipate within the next two months. If it does <br />occur prior to our next meeting, we’ll place it on that. But most likely it would probably be maybe the June <br />meeting. But, and the reason why is if look at the actual bill, you’ll notice references to mortuaries and <br />crematoriums in regards to the way that it was before it was sent up. And so if we anticipate it being amended <br />and we sent it up and something happens, then we’re going to be -. So they’re just asking us wait, let it pass, <br />and then we’ll reflect the current changes on this bill. <br /> <br />KERN: Very good. Any other discussion or questions?
