ADMINISTRATOR’S ORAL REPORT: The Administrator will provide a summary of construction progress at Na Kahua Hale O Ulu Wini (The Homes at Ulu Wini) including the Educational Training Facility and the Phase 3 vertical construction. This will be followed by a presentation on the Kamakoa Nui model homes. 6.NEXT MEETING: 7.ADJOURNMENT: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Hawai`i Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) 92-3.5, the Hawai`i County Housing Agency will be conducting this meeting via videoconference. Council members will be present at the following locations:  Council Room, Hawai`i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401  Kona Council Chambers, West Hawai`i Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keahokalole Highway, Building A. If audio stream is lost between Hilo and Kona for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
