ADMINISTRATOR’S ORAL REPORT: <br /> <br />The Administrator will provide a summary of <br />construction progress at Na Kahua Hale O Ulu Wini (The Homes at Ulu Wini) including the Educational <br />Training Facility and the Phase 3 vertical construction. This will be followed by a presentation on the <br />Kamakoa Nui model homes. <br /> <br /> <br />6.NEXT MEETING: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7.ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN <br />that pursuant to Hawai`i Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) <br />92-3.5, the Hawai`i County Housing Agency will be conducting this meeting via <br />videoconference. Council members will be present at the following locations: <br /> <br /> <br />Council Room, Hawai`i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401 <br /> <br /> <br />Kona Council Chambers, West Hawai`i Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keahokalole <br />Highway, Building A. <br />If audio stream is lost between Hilo and Kona for more than a short period of time, the meeting <br />will be terminated. <br />Public Attendance via videoconference is available at the following locations until 4:30 PM or <br />later in the event public witness testimony has not been completed: <br /> <br /> <br />Pahoa Council Office, Pahoa Marketplace, 15-2660 Pahoa Village Road, Room 304 <br /> <br /> <br />Waimea Council Office, Holomua Center, 64-1067 Mamalahoa Highway, Suite 5 <br /> <br />Note: If you require an accomodation or auxiliary aid and/or services to participate in this <br />meeting (i.e., sign language interpreter, large print, etc.) please call 961-8379. <br /> <br />If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai`i County Clerk within five days of <br />becoming a lobbyist. {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai`i County Code} A lobbyist <br />means, “any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five <br />hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to <br />infulence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to <br />communicate with public officials.” {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawai`i County <br />Code} Registration forms and expenditure report documents are available at the Office of <br />the County Clerk-Council 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawai`i 96720. <br />
