APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR SESSION MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 8, 2012 <br /> <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Heaukulanimoved to accept the minutes, Mr. Henricks seconded <br />the motion, and all members present voted aye. <br /> <br /> <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />There was no new business. <br /> <br /> <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />There was no unfinished business. <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Heaukulanimoved to go into executive session for the purpose of <br />reviewing the confidential minutes and financial disclosures agendized therein.
