CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Dill called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br /> <br />There were no statements from the public. <br /> <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR SESSION MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 8, 2012 <br /> <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Heaukulanimoved to accept the minutes, Mr. Henricks seconded <br />the motion, and all members present voted aye. <br /> <br /> <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />There was no new business. <br /> <br /> <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />There was no unfinished business. <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Heaukulanimoved to go into executive session for the purpose of <br />reviewing the confidential minutes and financial disclosures agendized therein. Mr. Hisashima <br />seconded the motion, and all members present voted aye. <br /> <br />10:02 a.m.: The Board left regular session. <br /> <br />
