n <br />The Board convened into an executive session at 3:05 p.m. and reconvened <br />at 3:45 p.m. <br />MOTION: Mr. Yoshiyama moved that the appeal be denied. The motion <br />was seconded by Mr. Rowe. <br />Discussion: <br />Vice Chair Yoshiyama noted that they do believe there were any violations <br />of statutes, rules and regulations on the part of the employer. <br />The motion was voted on and unanimously carried. <br />Mr. White noted that he will draft the findings of fact and conclusions of <br />law, which will be submitted to the Board members to review. After it's signed, <br />Mr. Crudele will receive a copy of it; and that will start the appeal period <br />running with any possible Chapter 91 appeal. <br />The hearing adjourned at 3:47 p.m. <br />APPROVED: <br />G.
