Menezes, Secretary - Reporter <br />Vice Chair Yoshiyama called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br />MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 15, 2011 <br />MOTION: Mr. Rowe moved that the minutes of February 15, 2011 be <br />approved as circulated. The motion was seconded by <br />Mr. Silva and unanimously carried. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />A) Annual Evaluation of Director of Human Resources <br />Vice Chair Yoshiyama took the above item out of order to allow special <br />guests, Mayor Billie Kenoi and Managing Director Bill Takaba, an opportunity <br />to speak to the matter. <br />9fawai`i County is an EquaCoyyortunity Provider and EmyCoyer. <br />
