SANCTUARY(SPP 12-137) Application for a Special Permit to allow existing greenhouses for visitor displays and retail plant and statuary sales, and to hold special events within the pavilion and on grassy areas on approximately 2 acres situated in the State Land Use Agricultural District. Revocation of Special Permit No. 1120 (SPP 1120) issued to Mana Christian Ohana which allowed the establishment of a church and related improvements on approximately 2.5 acres of land in the State Land Use Agricultural District.
