• Hold a Special Meeting in August and possibly more meetings in between the regularly <br />scheduled meeting as a trial prior to permanently increasing the meetings. <br />• Hold Special Meetings only when needed. <br />• Video conferencing was discussed as a way to make it more convenient to attend monthly <br />meetings. <br />• Lee made a motion to increase the number of commission meetings from 6 to 12 a year. <br />Randle seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. <br />• A sub - committee was formed to research and bring back to the commission the <br />procedure for changing the Commission Rules to accommodate monthly meetings. The <br />sub - committee members are Commissioners Nahm -Miyo, Randle, Warner and Okoji if he is <br />available. <br />8.
