g. Orders disposing of petitions shall have the <br />same status as other Board orders. Orders shall be <br />applicable only to the fact situation alleged in the <br />petition or set forth in the order. They shall not be <br />applicable to different fact situations or where <br />additional facts not considered in the order exist. <br />PART III. SEVERABILITY <br />RULE 3.1 SEVERABILITY. If any provision of these Rules and <br />Regulations or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances is held invalid by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not <br />affect other provisions or applications of the Rules <br />and Regulations which can be given effect without the <br />invalid provision or application, and to this end, the <br />provisions of these Rules and Regulations are declared <br />to be severable. <br />Effective August 18, 2006 14 <br />
