I <br />guess at this point we’ll ask for a motion, Commissioners. <br /> <br />IOKEPA: Mr. Chair, I’d like to propose a motion to approve a special permit application, <br />No. 12-135, to allow the establishment of an automotive repair business and accessory uses within <br />an existing agricultural building on half-acre portion of a 10.148-acre parcel within the State Land <br />Use Agricultural District, with all conditions, including amendment to Condition 3, a typographical <br />error, including a “t” on the word, from “Sate” to “State.” <br /> <br />WHITTEMORE: Second. <br /> <br />HICKCOX: It has been moved by Commissioner Iokepa and seconded by Commissioner <br />Whittemore.
