Vice Chair Ignacio seconded <br />the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS — None. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />• July 20, 2012, regular and executive sessions: Vice Chair Ignacio moved to approve <br />the regular and executive session minutes with non - substantive typographical <br />corrections. Commissioner Victorine seconded the motion, and it carried <br />unanimously. <br />
