Puakea Bay Ranch <br />Nothing new to report <br /> <br />Ranch at Puakea <br />The 1 (north lot) of the 3 oceanfront lots is in escrow. <br /> <br />We'll create a trails map with property lines. <br /> <br />Kukuipahu <br />Nothing new to report. <br /> <br />Kohala Kai <br />We are working on the location of the trail along the coast <br /> <br />We are also working on the Mauka-Makai access and parking lot. <br /> <br />Grant of easement documents <br />We are in the process of having the National Park Service (NPS) Ala Kahakai <br /> <br />help us create a GIS map of all grant of easement documents that are active. <br />This will help us pursue the completion of these easements. <br />¶ <br />Also it will help describe the status of all access segments. <br />¶ <br />We should have a sample map at next meeting. <br />¶ <br />New Items <br />A parcel in the Niulii area has submitted a subdivision permit application to the <br /> <br />county planning department that may trigger coastal access in that area. <br />Next Meeting <br />Wednesday May 2, 2012, 4:30pm in the Old Courthouse. <br /> <br />2 of 2 <br />
