Petition No. 2012-02: Initial review of petition alleging that a County officer, <br />“in light of strong questionable appearances to the public, should have <br />recused himself from voting . . . regarding the revocation of special use <br />permit #1122” during the Planning Commission meeting of May 3, 2012, <br />thereby violating Sections 2-83(b)(2), 2-83(c), 2-84(e), and 2-91.1(g) of the <br />Ethics Code. <br /> <br />MR.
