ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Dill announced that the next meeting of the Board was scheduled for October 10, <br />2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the County Council Chambers in Hilo or other location to be determined. <br /> <br />Mr. Dill also announced that at the October meeting, he would like to have the election of <br />a vice chair placed on the agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />9.
