Daryn, we need to have input from you in terms of how we should include this condition and where, I mean, it may not necessarily be No. 11, it may be inserted somewhere else. ARAI: Probably the most, probably include it as Condition 8, with all subsequent conditions to be renumbered. And I believe, if you are inclined to support this application, that you can do it all as a single motion by accepting the Planning Director’s recommended conditions of approval, with inclusion of the new Condition 8 as I read to you, with the remaining conditions to be renumbered accordingly. As I stated earlier, I have a sense that this is an application that could be met with approval and satisfaction by everyone including the surrounding neighbors and the public.
