Commissioner Victorine <br />seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Commissioner Victorine moved to approve the minutes of August 24, 2012, regular and <br />executive sessions as corrected.
