The property is located on the <br />northeastern intersection of Waikoloa Road and Paniolo Avenue, makai of the Waikoloa <br />Stables and east of the Waikoloa Village Highlands Shopping Center, Waikoloa, South <br />Kohala, Hawai‘i, TMK: 6-8-002: por 021. <br /> <br /> <br />2.APPLICANT: WAIKOLOA MAUKA, LLC (Amend REZ 678) <br />Amendment to Condition B (Final Subdivision Approval) of Change of Zone Ordinance <br />No. 07 127. The property, referred to as the proposed Waikoloa Highlands Subdivision, <br />is located along the south side of Waikoloa Road and south - southeast of Waikoloa <br />Village, Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawai‘i, TMK: 6-8-2: portion of 16. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS – 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />3.APPLICANT: ELWIN F. HUSSEY (Amend REZ 655) <br />Amendment to Condition C (time extension to secure final subdivision approval) of <br />Change of Zone Ordinance No. 07-106, which amended Change of Zone Ordinance <br />02-21, which amended Change of Zone Ordinance 98-87, which amended Change of <br />Zone Ordinance 90-008, which rezoned 28.832 acres of land from an Agricultural <br />20-acre (A-20a) to an Agricultural 3-acre (A-3a) zoned district.
