ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br /> Mr. Dill asked the other members if he could request a different meeting date in <br />November from the usual second Wednesday of the month, as he had a scheduling conflict. He <br />asked if the other members were available to meet on November 19, 20, or 21, 2012, and Mr. <br />Balsis, Mr. Henricks, and Mr. Hisashima said they were.
