KEY CHANGES IN LAW <br />HCCCH. 2, ARTICLE 25, SECTION 2-142. <br />Records, Reporting, and Fiscal Accountability Requirements <br />Failure to submit a Final Report to council within <br />60 days after June 30 of the contractual year will <br />result in the requirement that awardees return all <br />grant funds awarded and that they will not be <br />eligible to receive future grant awards for at least <br />the following fiscal year and for all subsequent <br />fiscal years until such a time as that written report <br />is submitted to, and accepted by, the Council. <br /> <br />
