H. The proposed use is an unusual and reasonable use of land, which would not <br />be contrary to the objective to be sought by the Land use Lair and Regulations, <br />which, for the Agricultural and Rural Districts, seeks to preserve or Deep lands of <br />high agricultural potential in agricultural use. <br />This proposal, if approved, will sat in motion a building permit which will entail the <br />building of a cold kitchen. The sketch is attached and is viewed as reasonable <br />use of a small area which will not obstruct any view or hinder any natural beauty <br />of the surrounding areas. <br />5. An original and t wenty (20) copies of a scale -drawn plot plan of the property <br />shoring property lines and measurements; all existing and proposed structures with <br />elevations, uses and improvements; and reference points such as roadways, shoreline, <br />etc. <br />6. One copy of a full size (2' 3') scale -drawn plot plan of item 4 for presentation <br />purposes. <br />7. A list of the names, addresses and tax reap Ivey of all owners and lessees of record of <br />surrounding properties who are required to receive notice. <br />8. Any other plans or additional information relevant to this application may be <br />requested by the Planning Director to facilitate processing of this request. <br />
