(20 min) 5.Communication No. 2012-55: Castro Special Permit Application No. 12-144: The AC will consider the subject application to allow for the construction and operation of a certified cold kitchen to preparing dried fish on TMK 1-5-033:130 in Hawaiian Paradise Park and possible comments to the Planning Director on the application. (15 min) 6.Communication No. 2012-56: Draft Letter from the Pāhoa Regional Town Center Plan Steering Committee: The AC will consider a draft letter from the PRTCPSC to the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation requesting a meeting to discuss SC suggestions and recommendations for the Pāhoa Park master plan. Special Permit No. 1122 Application for Amendment: Application for amendment to SPACE Special Permit to allow for expanded range of uses on TMKs 1-2-009:, 1-2-038:049 & 50 within and adjacent to Kalapana Seaview Estates. (20 min) UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1.Communication No. 2012-42.2: PCDP Action Priority List-revised: The AC will consider strategies for promoting implementation of the revised Action Priority List.
