Old government roads and rail roads <br />Keoni is working on a petition to open Pratt road for emergency and pedestrian access. <br />o <br />They are also actively talking to landowners along Pratt road to consider this access. <br />o <br />New Items <br />Amendments for the minimum 2% land purchase and the 1/2% access maintenance passed in <br />o <br />the recent elections. <br />Kaiholena <br />o <br />The National Park Service Ala Kaha Kai has a right-of-entry (ROE) for Kaiholena and <br />wants to start planning for the area's management. <br />We may want to get an article in the Kohala Mountain News to ask families with ties to <br />· <br />Kaiholena to come and meet to talk about the cultural aspects of the area. <br />Latitude 20 (Land south of Pao'o) <br />o <br />This property (tmk 3-5-7-1-20) with 35.3 acres is on the market for $3.9 million. <br />We'll put it on our next meeting's agenda to discuss getting it on the acquisition list. <br />Next Meeting <br />Wednesday December 5, 2012, 4:30pm in the Old Courthouse. <br />o <br />
