<br />MINUTES – The Commission took up approval of the following minutes at 4:06 p.m.: <br /> <br />October 18, 2012 <br />It was moved by Commissioner Hickcox and seconded by Commissioner Nelson that the minutes <br />be approved as submitted. Motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners <br />in attendance. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> <br />1.Status of applications heard by Leeward Planning Commission that are pending before County <br />Council – None. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS – Mr. Arai announced that the next meeting was scheduled for December 13, <br />2012. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT – There being no further business, at 4:08 p.m., it was moved by Commissioner <br />Hickcox and seconded by Commissioner Nelson that the meeting be adjourned.
