That the foregoing is a full, true and corr t copy of the Rules Relating to <br />Plastic Bag Reduction which were adopted on the ( -V day of 1-1cerp eil , <br />2012, following public hearings that closed on the 12th day of December, 2012, and which <br />were filed with the Office of the County Clerk. <br />2.
