Marni Herkes motioned to <br />84 <br />approve and Bob Ward seconded. Unanimous approval given. <br />85 <br />BUSINESS OF COMMITTEE <br />86 <br />1. KCDP Implementation. <br /> <br />87 <br />a. Priority Project Update/Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />88 <br />The Action Committee discussed the Capital Improvement Plan descriptions as drafted by <br />89 <br />Bob Ward to amend the CIP submissions turned in previously. Staff asked for <br />90 <br />clarification on the submitted information. <br />91 <br />Bob Ward requested support maps for the CIP projects and staff requested that <br />92 <br />parameters/information be provided regarding the requested maps for drafts to be <br />93 <br />developed. <br />94 <br />Marni Herkes moved to approve the project descriptions for insertion into the CIP sheets. <br />95 <br />Janice Palma-Glennie seconded, unanimous approval given. <br />96 <br />Approval will be given at the next meeting. <br />97 <br />Priority Project Update – The AC agreed to take out the Keauhou TOD and Cultural <br />98 <br />Resources as priority projects and modified the Agriculture to read as “Diverse <br />99 <br />Agriculture and Food Sustainability” <br />100 <br />Bob Ward moved to approve the revision to the Priority Projects, Marni Herkes seconded. <br />101 <br />Unanimous approval given. <br />102 <br />‘ <br />b. Director Initiated Amendments to the Hawaii County Code. <br />103 <br />Staff shared that the Kona division of the Department has been developing an internal <br />104 <br />presentation of the Village Design Guidelines. That presentation will be modified to then <br />105 <br />take the presentation public. Discussion regarding the Chapter 25 proposed amendments <br />106 <br />will be continued at the next meeting. <br />107 <br />2.
