5. Mass Transit Discussion: The AC will explore options for re- initiating community discussion on improving mass transit service to Puna communities and bringing specific recommendations to the Mass Transit Agency for implementation. (25 min) UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1. Subdivision Connectivity Location Action Plan: The Connectivity Subcommittee (Patti, Farris, Oshi & Dan) will report on their progress towards identifying a process and next steps for identifying appropriate subdivision connections. Marlene Hapai will also present revisions to the connectivity site selection criteria originally proposed in Communication 2012 -44 and Communication 2013 -1. (40min) 2. Criteria for Action Committee Definition of Community: Farris and Sharon will introduce some suggested criteria or guidelines to help the AC determine the appropriateness of any group or organization wishing to represent any particular community in any actions or activities pertaining to implementing the goals and objectives of the PCDP. (35 min) AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING: Agenda item suggestions from the AC for the March 12, 2013 meeting.
