It has been seconded. Is there any <br />further discussion on this motion? <br /> <br />MR. HISASHIMA: No. <br /> <br />MR. BALSIS: I'll call for a vote. All those in favor of the dismissal for those <br />reasons, please say aye. <br /> <br />MR. HENRICKS and MR. HISASHIMA (simultaneously): Aye. <br /> <br />MR. BALSIS: Aye. The motion has been passed. <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Henricks moved to go into executive session for review of the <br />confidential matters agendized therein, Mr. Hisashima seconded the motion, and they and Mr. <br />Balsis voted aye. <br /> <br />Mr. Balsis stated that the reason for the executive session was to review the executive <br />session minutes of the previous meeting and confidential financial disclosures. <br />11:07 a.m.: The Board left regular session. <br /> <br />11:15 a.m.: The Board returned to regular session. <br /> <br />7. VOTING ON EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS <br /> <br />a. Approval of the executive session minutes of December 12, 2012. <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Balsis moved to accept the minutes, Mr. Hisashima seconded the <br />motion, and they and Mr. Henricks voted aye. <br /> <br />b. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to Section 2- <br />91.1(d), Hawaii County Code, by County board and commission members and <br />designated County employees, where personal matters will be reviewed. <br /> <br />Mr. Balsis stated that disclosures 2 and 3 were reviewed, and disclosure 1 was continued <br />for review until more members were appointed to the Board. <br /> <br />
