need more emphasis on these opportunities /modes
Can these be improved but still maintain the old look?
need more
None
Non existent.
need more
Too many pookas
These features needs to be incorporate on road construction, both primary and resident roads
as most moving into the Puna area are families with young children.
In town is simply awful.
It is VERY short - sighted for an outdoor climate/ tourist destination such as Hawaii claims to be,
to NOT have top notch bicycle and walking pathways ALL OVER THE ISLAND, is another major
safety issue, and impacts the economic status greatly as well. Look for the studies that have
quantified the economic impact of bike /walk paths for towns all over the mainland, and such
paths are clearly shown to pay well for the investment.
previous comment on roadways modernize
Would greatly improve the quality of Pahoa life!
Critical need and would greatly improve access fo those whose primary mode of travel is not by
care.
Basically non - existent
TERRIBLE
disgraceful.
is very disappointing at this point and its killing the unique vibe and history of pahoa and the
surrounding areas
don't really see much of this
Non- motorized transportation Page 13
