This is based on the applicant's <br />continual non - compliance with the conditions of Special Permit No. 1122 as well as non- <br />compliance with several cease and desist orders that have been issued to the applicant. <br />The Planning Department began receiving complaints in January of 2010 and has <br />continued to receive complaints up to the present.
